If it doesn't quite suit, if you have the wrong size, or if you've simply changed your mind you can exchange or receive a credit note. (Please note that return shipping will be at customers expense).
For exchanges contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To be on the safe side we ask that you send it back to us with tracking so it doesn't get lost along the way, which is of course rare, but it does happen!
Products must be unwashed, unworn and still have all tags attached.
If you open your parcel and you find a fault with your item or it is damaged, please let us know by sending an email with your order number and a description of the fault/damage to email@example.com. If the item is deemed to be faulty on our part, we will offer either a refund, exchange or repair - on a case by case basis.
Refunds - Unfortunately due to our products being made to order, we cannot provide refunds for change of mind
