Where are your garments made?
Our garments have been ethically made in China. All design and printing is done locally on the Gold Coast. All labels are hand sewn locally.
What are your garments made of?
Our garments are made from combed cotton jersery fabric, which doesn't shrink or pill, that holds its colour, and most of all, is super comfy!
What is your turnaround time?
All preorder items take approximately 3-4 weeks to get to you. All 'in stock' items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
What are your shipping costs?
All shipping information can be found under the 'shipping' tab on the home page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Amex & AFTERPAY!
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service which allowed you to pay for your order in 4 fortnightly installments. It is 100% interest free and it allowed you to 'Shop Now, Pay Later'. You can choose this option at checkout. Please visit the Afterpay website for more information.
I don't see my child's size, do you offer custom orders!
We cater from size 00-5 on our website, however I will be expanding this in the future! In the meantime please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any special custom requests (eg colour, sizing) and we will do our best to make it happen!
What is your exchange/return policy?
If it doesn't quite suit, if you have the wrong size, or if you've simply changed your mind you can exchange or receive a credit note. (Please note that return shipping will be at customers expense). Please note that due to items being made to order, there may be a 2-3 week wait to receive replacement if item is not in stock.
For exchanges contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To be on the safe side we ask that you send it back to us with tracking so it doesn't get lost along the way, which is of course rare, but it does happen!
Products must be unwashed, unworn and still have all tags attached.
If you open your parcel and you find a fault with your item or it is damaged, please let us know by sending an email with your order number and a description of the fault/damage to email@example.com. If the item is deemed to be faulty on our part, we will offer either a refund, exchange or repair - on a case by case basis.
Refunds - Unfortunately due to our products being made to order, we cannot provide refunds for change of mind
